The Northern Ireland Countryside Staff Association (NICSA) was formed in 1992 to provide a forum for information exchange amongst staff involved in countryside management. Since its beginning, membership has grown




 
MISSION STATEMENT
The Northern Ireland Countryside Staff Association assists members to fulfil the professional role needed to promote and conserve our national heritage by providing and encouraging training and information exchange.





 
NICSA AIMS

1. To promote and encourage a high standard of professionalism amongst members.
2. To assist the development of communication and the interchange of ideas both within the Association and with other bodies.
3. To encourage and co-ordinate training for membership.
